My future bin

Yup, that's right, you read that correctly. Today's post is going to be all about my future bin.

Because now I have a bigger place, I can more easily organise how and where to store everything, including my garbage. Now some of you may think it's not the most trendiest subject, but I can honestly say that recycling is very trendy and most of all, it's very important for the planet.

I used to recycle at my old place as well, but it was always such a drag to store my garbage disposals on the terrace and the main one in the kitchen. Now I was looking for something that would make my life easier and just have the two ( plastic & normal waste) in the same spot.

I absolutely fell in love with the range of bins from Brabantia that I thought: I have to have one! I mean they're so beautifully designed and they fit perfectly your interior, regardless of your space.

I have always been a fan of pedal bins, but then I also have discovered the touch bins and I feel they look so much more interesting and really fit into your modern kitchen, so I have begun my search for the perfect bin.

In terms of colour, you have different colours to choose from at Brabantia, the newest colour addition being this forest green that is looking awesome. I completely adore this colour and I'm definitely considering it for my new kitchen next year.

I wanted to share with you the three types of bin design that I like most, all in that beautiful green colour. Not to worry though, other colours are available and if you are looking for something that will go with a lot of interior designs, you can always play it safe and pick a black bin. Black works with everything and my personal favorite is the one below, perfectly divided for both normal waste and plastic.

As you can see, it's chic, compact and with a minimalistic design. Personally, I think that if you're looking for something that will pass the test of time ( both quality and appearance wise), this would be a great choice for a bin. It's the 2 x 30L one so you have enough space to store your litter.

I hope you liked my little article on bins, the utility behind it, but also how nice such a design bin would look into your home. So thank you for stopping by the blog and I wish you all a great day ahead!

Kisses,
