Conrad Dublin

Good morning lovelies,

I think that I was to eager to wake up and share with you all about my stay at Conrad Dublin that I woke up long before the alarm clock 🙂 .

As you all may know, last week I went to Dublin, Ireland and I was soooo impressed by the people’s generosity and the way everything is so clean and tidy that the city definitely went on my ” places I would like to live in” list.

The coolest place in town to stay ? Conrad Dublin with no doubt. The hotel is located at about a short 20 min walk from the city center and all the shopping stores. You also have a driver service in case walking is not your thing. It’s quite lovely situated though, just beside St Stephen’s Green park and the beautiful Iveagh Gardens. You just have to go outside and feel what Ireland is best on giving you, nature.

As usual, here’s my little video if you want to have a look :

Room wise, this was spacious, clean and even though it was facing the street, it was quiet. I would like to mention here the lovely bathroom as well; falling in love with the bathtub is no exception. The king size bed is also so comfy and spacious, I slept like a baby really 🙂 .

One thing I loved as well was the lobby. The furniture is so cute and modern, with a luxurious finish. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant, so let me tell you a bit more about The Coburg, Conrad Dublin’s lovely restaurant.

I had the pleasure of having dinner there on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant is open until 23h . The food there is AMAZING ! The main course was my crush – Rack of Irish lamb with buttery mash for me and fillet steak with truffle& parmesan chips for my companion. They actually treated us with a lovely cocktail prepared on the spot by the bartender and that you probably saw in my stories as it doesn’t have a name yet 🙂 .

You will definitely see more about this culinary experience on my ” Restaurants around the world” section that will soon be launched on my blog.

Speaking of experiences, did you know that the Conrad has luxury experiences in every hotel ? The Conrad Dublin hotel has two beautiful luxury experiences in the Irish spirit. One of them is meeting with an Irish poet (called The Literary Life) and the other one, the one that I chose actually is a distillery tour, to be more precise to the Teeling Distillery where you can learn about how whiskey is made, about the Teeling family history which is also a part of Dublin’s history and of course afterwards you can have a little whiskey tasting which is pretty neat ! The Fine Spirits luxury experience is made in a beautiful luxury car, the BMW 7 series with your very own driver.

I really love it when a hotel is more than a hotel and you get to have more of your trip than spending the night there. All these little details, the fine dining, the luxury experiences, the warm welcome and the impeccable service makes Conrad Dublin an inspiring place, filled with warmth and authenticity.

Hope you liked my little article that should have been launched this morning at 8am when I started writing actually, but I’m happy to be publishing it even though I’m a few hours late 🙂 .

Kisses,

R.
